Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Quinn Morris, has recently accepted a faculty appointment at Swarthmore College.

Morris is currently a Senior Teaching Assistant at UNCG and under the direction of Dr. Ratnasingham Shivaji, is researching nonlinear elliptic partial differential equations with particular emphasis on problems that involve nonlinear boundary conditions. Before attending UNCG, Mr. Morris earned both bachelors and masters degrees in mathematics at Wake Forest University. He is married to Jennifer, who teaches high school social studies, and they live together in Greensboro. Morris is slated to graduate from UNCG this summer.
